7. Namor

Namor is the short-fused, headstrong, arrogant ruler of Atlantis. He has an unjustified hatred for "surface-dwellers" and has attacked them numerous times. These attacks have led him to team up with notorious supervillain Doctor Doom and awaken a giant whale known as Giganto. That said, it's hard to be mad at the guy for being such an asshat. I'd be pretty pissed off too if I spent my time wearing a green speedo.

6. Gambit

Gambit grew up on the streets as a thief and a gambler, two notoriously douchey professions. On top of that, he describes himself as the X-Men's "ladies' man" and once lashed out at his constantly on-again off-again girlfriend Rogue for trying to comfort him when one of his own cards temporarily blinded him. Doesn't he know not to play with fireworks? Hopefully no one will ever introduce him to Katy Perry...

5. Green Lantern (Hal Jordan)

Hal Jordan was chosen to be a Green Lantern because of his fearlessness and willpower, but he's also extremely arrogant and consistently refuses to consider the consequences of his actions. He was also directly responsible for the destruction of the Green lantern Corps. Twice. What an ass.

4. Deadpool

Wade Wilson, also known as the "Merc with a Mouth," also known as "that guy who won't shut the #@&% up," is "really good at killing." He's also a wisecracking, loudmouthed a**hole who treats everything as a big joke. More often than not, Deadpool will do the right thing, but he won't tell anyone because being a badass is so much cooler.

3. The Comedian

The Comedian is a ruthless, cynical man who believes that society must be saved from itself. He will kill or assault any person without remorse and shows no respect toward anyone, including his fellow Watchmen. But his a**holery isn't only performed for the greater good. Take, for example, the time he sexually assaulted Sally Jupiter aka Silk Spectre. That was a douche move if there ever was one.

2. Iron Man

Iron man is a billionaire, an alcoholic and a womanizer. When he's not flying around in his kickass suit or playing with his killer toys, he's chasing bimbos and drinking until the sun comes up. Sure, he deserves to have some fun after all the success he's achieved, but maybe he should let up just a little bit, especially since there's a nine-part series devoted solely to his alcoholism. Going to a few AA meetings never hurt anyone's cred.

1. Wolverine

Wolverine is perhaps one of the most beloved characters in the Marvel universe, but that doesn't make him a good person. He's always looking for a fight and has absolutley no problem taking another life. He drinks, he smokes and he directly defies and makes fun of Cyclops, his team's leader. If that isn't bad enough, he's also pretty obsessed with Cyclops' girlfriend, Jean Grey, since, well, forever. Also, he's got that Berserker Rage problem.

Fallout 3/ Fallout: New Vegas

The wasteland is a terrible place to live. That might be why you can easily find beer, wine, and whisky scattered throughout the wasteland. After a long day of hunting Radscorpions and Yao Guai, there's nothing better than wetting your whistle at a local bar or one of the many casinos on the New Vegas strip. Just remember to take some Rad-Away beforehand. You don't want to get radiation and alcohol poisoning at the same time.

World of Warcraft

There's nothing more fun than knocking back a few drinks with your guild mates. In WOW you can go from tipsy to drunk to full on "totally smashed". WOW even goes so far as to add slurred speech to your character and changes your characters direction while you are drunk. Drinking is all in good fun on St. Patrick's Day, so don't forget to have a few drinks when you are playing WOW today.

Grand Theft Auto 4

After a hard day of stealing cars, punching hookers and distributing narcotics, Niko Bellic's favorite thing to do is to hit up his local Irish Pub and hoist a few brews. You can often find Niko having drinks with members of the McReary clan, of course. One suggestion while getting drunk in GTA IV. Don't play darts while drunk; it's asking for an extreme headache and hangover.

Bulletstorm

There is nothing like a refreshing bottle of Nom Juice. In Bulletstorm you can collect these hidden bottles for two achievements, but you can also get drunk and earn yourself the Intoxicated Skillshot. Bulletstorm is practically rewarding you for getting buzzed. Your vision may get a little blurry, but you'll be earning tons of points by performing skillshots drunk.

Fable 3

You may be the prince or princess of your kingdom, but that doesn't stop you from visiting the local watering hole and having a few drinks. How else are you going to gain the support of your citizens? Be merry on St. Patricks Day and travel the towns of Albion. You'll find yourself having so much fun, you'll be doing the chicken dance.

Conker's Bad Fur Day

Conker's Bad Fur Day was one of my favorite N64 games. Why? Because, Conker would drink until his bladder was full. It wasn't uncommon for him to let loose and get a little tipsy. For that, we salute you Conker, you foul-mouthed squirrel. Today you've got a reason to order that scotch whisky. Happy St. Patrick's Day. Drink until you literally turn green.

7 Anything Hitchcock
It takes a really special type of hubris to think that you should and can remake an Alfred Hitchcock film. Remaking ‘Psycho’ was psycho. You think your going to do the original justice with Anne Heche? Trying to remake ‘Rear Window’ as ‘Disturbia’ with Shia LaBeouf was ridiculous, and even if judges ruled they didn’t rip off the plot, we all know they did. Remaking ‘Lifeboat’ as ‘Lifepod’? That actually happened. ‘Dial M for Murder’ as ‘A Perfect Murder’? Listen, remaking films is inevitable. Just stay away from Hitchcock.

6 The In-Laws
Alan Arkin and Peter Falk combined in this classic comedy film in 1979. The crooked-eyed Falk starred as the secret CIA agent, with Arkin as the mild-mannered dentist. Arkin gets sucked into Falk’s world and wacky hi-jinks ensue. The film was excellent and the acting was brilliant. Only those two actors could play those two roles. Until 2003, when they tried to remake the film with Michael Douglas and Albert Brooks. No offense to Douglas and Brooks, but they aren’t Falk and Arkin. No one is, which is why this never should have been remade.

5 The Taking of Pelham 123
Before ‘Reservoir Dogs’,'The Taking of Pelham 123′ had the original Mr. Blue, Mr. Green, Mr. Grey, and Mr. Brown. Walter Matthau, Jerry Stiller, Robert Shaw and Martin Balsam are fantastic in the film. But for reasons unknown, they decided to remake the film, with Tony Scott directing. The pacing was bad, they killed the ending and seriously — were we really supposed to buy John Travolta as the tough, bad guy?

4 The Time Machine
Here’s what TV Guide said about the 1960 original: “This smashing science-fiction adaptation of H.G. Wells’s famous novel has more creativity in every frame than most latter-day rip-offs have in their entirety.” Here’s what Chris Gore from Film Threat said about the remake: “I found myself glancing at my timepiece about every ten minutes of the interminable 96-minute running time of this latest tragic remake of a classic genre picture.”

3 The Longest Yard
Remember how the original ‘The Longest Yard’ was funny, gritty and emotional all at once? How Burt Reynolds was perfectly cast as jailed quarterback Paul Crewe? How it even had something to say about society without getting too pushy? It was a great film, right? Remember the remake with Adam Sandler and Chris Rock? Some things you just can’t unsee.

2 Clash of the Titans
Should a film that grosses almost $500 million be added to this list? Most definitely. Perhaps there is one good thing about poorly remaking a film that should have never been remade: the reviews. “The latest example of Hollywood’s belief that any terrible script can be made palatable if you just throw enough money and British accents at it.” Another critic said, “It isn’t a train wreck — a train wreck would be memorable.” Yeah, it was that bad.

1 Halloween
The original John Carpenter film is just about as good as a horror film can get. Jamie Lee Curtis was incredible in the film and Ebert said that it is an “absolutely merciless thriller, a movie so violent and scary that, yes, I would compare it to Psycho.” If that isn’t high enough praise, I don’t know what is. It was a film changed horror movies forever.

Unfortunately, Rob Zombie felt the need to change them again. He remade the film a few years back and it was universally panned. As one critic put it: “Revamping the influential 1978 shocker Halloween for a new generation of viewers, director Rob Zombie offers a film with more sex, more violence, no humor and zero scares.” It’s the type of film that if you won the lottery, you’d buy up every existing copy and have them burned. Yes, that bad.

10. Frank the Pug from 'Men In Black' (1997)
Voiced by the same actor who voiced Johnny Number 5 in 'Short Circuit,' Tim Blaney, and portrayed by trained pug Mushu, this little alien uses the K-9 getup to hide his identity. Still, he has trouble biting his tongue. Frank only has a small part in the first film, but director Barry Sonnenfeld liked the character so much he gave the dog a much bigger role in the sequel.

9. Ford Prefect from 'The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy' (2005)
Mos Def most definitely had a lot to live up to with playing this iconic character. Prefect is very beloved by fans of the novel and he'd been interpreted on radio and television previously. However, the actor-turn-rapper-turn-actor did as standup job as the alien who's seen it all and never surprised by the crazy universe they begin to explore.

8. Beldar Conehead from 'Coneheads' (2003)
Inspired by a popular sketch from the early days of 'Saturday Night Live,' Beldar, played by Dan Akroyd, and his wife are Remulakians posing as humans and raising their daughter. People are taken-aback by their odd appearance, but Beldar explains it's because they're from France and they seem to understand. His head isn't the only odd thing about him. Beldar speaks very monotone, eats like a Great White Shark and runs a driving school of all things. Oh, and he also kind of forgot to take over earth.

7. Howard from 'Howard the Duck' (1986)
Executive-produced by George Lucas, the movie is considered one of his earliest failures. However, as children, there is nothing funnier than drinking, smoking, "Quack Fu" fighting giant duck that talks. The nostalgia factor alone saves this film. Howard tries to get back to his home planet, Duckworld, but isn't above partying in Cleveland for the time being.

6. Yoda from 'The Empire Strikes Back' (1980)
This little Jedi Master is incredibly powerful and wise, but he's also funny in his own way. Upon first meeting Luke Skywalker, he doesn't approach the young Jedi as a superior. He pretends to be some annoying scavenger. After his identity is revealed, Yoda's intellect, odd way of speaking and high-pitched, deadpan delivery result in some great one-liners.

5. Stitch from 'Lilo & Stitch' (2002)
This animated Disney character is an intergalactic genetic experiment gone wrong. Stitch is too aggressive and nearly indestructible. His creator is sent to prison and Stitch is exiled to a desert asteroid. However, he's able to escapes to Earth and Hawaii, where he meets Lilo. She teaches him to behave by telling him to act like Elvis Presley. Her odd advice and his unique powers lead to a number of funny situations.

4. Wiploc, Zeebo and Mac from 'Earth Girls Are Easy' (1988)
Jim Carrey, Damon Wayans and Jeff Goldblum play furry aliens come to Earth in search of our lovely women. After befriending Valerie (Gina Davis), they are shaved and look like humans. They're odd mannerisms and lack of our customs make them funny fish-out-of-water characters. While the plot is '80s cheese, there is too much comedic talent involved to not get laughs.

3. The Martians from 'Mars Attacks!' (1996)
These are the only warlike aliens included. While they attempt to take over earth by killing every human alive, they're so silly while they do it. In typical Tim Burton, the Martians aren't like anything you've seen before. They speak in indecipherable, white noise barks and move with flare of a Shakespearean actor. And the best part, spoiler alert, they're defeated in the end by Slim Whitman's song, "Indian Love Call," which causes their brains to explode.

2. The Thermians from 'Galaxy Quest' (1999)
This film took a lot of critics by surprise. After seeingTim Allen's previously family comedies hopes for this one wasn't high. However, it ended up being great, with The Thermians being a big hit with audiences. The impressionable aliens take a 'Star Trek'-like show for reality and ask the cast to save them from a reptilian warlord. Since they have no concept of irony or sarcasm, these aliens believe anything, which lends to a lot of great jokes.

1. Barf from 'Spaceballs' (1986)
This Mel Brooks work is arguably the funniest space comedy of all-time. There are more great one-liners than we can reprint, for fear of crashing our server.John Candy's performance as a giant humanoid dog is inspired. What if space aliens end up being goofy, lazy creatures like this? Man will have a new best friend.

2 και κάτι χρόνια συγγραφής και ένα αποχής διαμορφώνουν το ιστορικό του Sunday Circus ως τώρα.2 χρόνια με αφιερώματα και πάνω απ' όλα αλήθειες ,μας έκαναν ένα ιδιαίτερα επισκέψιμο blog και ένα από τα γνωστότερα blog στην τότε νέα τάση του blogging.

Διανύουμε μια νέα εποχή με πολλές αλλαγές στην καθημερινότητα μας ,αλλά και γύρω μας.
